Get ListedTwizzlo is an all-in-one booking software built for small service businesses that want to escape the per-seat pricing trap common in the scheduling industry. The platform combines online booking, SMS and email reminders, client CRM, payment and tip collection, staff scheduling, and real-time analytics into a single dashboard. Unlike many competitors that charge extra for each employee, location, or advanced module, Twizzlo offers all features on every plan at a flat monthly rate. The software is designed for barbershops, hair salons, tattoo studios, day spas, nail salons, massage therapists, personal trainers, pet groomers, and a wide range of other appointment-based businesses.
Twizzlo directly competes with established tools like Fresha, Booksy, Vagaro, Setmore, and Square Appointments. Its market positioning centers on simplicity and price predictability: one business, one plan, unlimited everything. The homepage emphasizes that there are no per-seat fees, no per-location fees, no paid modules, and no forced upgrades. For a small business owner managing multiple staff members across several branches, this flat pricing model can translate into significant savings compared to competitors that scale costs with headcount.
The software is available as a free tier that includes all features but caps bookings at 150 per month. The paid Business Pro plan removes that cap for $29.99 per month and adds 50 free SMS messages. This freemium approach lowers the barrier to entry for new businesses while providing a clear upgrade path as they grow.
Flat-Rate Pricing with No Hidden Fees
Twizzlo charges a single flat price of $29.99 per month for the Business Pro plan. This price includes unlimited staff, unlimited locations, unlimited bookings, unlimited client CRM records, and all real-time insights. The user interface explicitly lists every feature that is included, reinforcing the message that there are no paid add-ons, no per-seat charges, and no forced upgrades. The free plan is not a trial but a legitimate tier with a 150-booking cap.
Unlimited Staff and Locations
Adding every stylist, artist, technician, or provider does not cost extra, and neither does running multiple branches. Twizzlo supports unlimited staff members and unlimited locations across all plans. Each location gets its own booking link, and staff members can have individual schedules, shifts, and role-based access. The dashboard provides a unified view of the whole business, with multi-location filtering on the calendar and centralized reporting.
24/7 Online Booking
A dedicated booking page allows clients to see real-time availability and book appointments from any device. The public link works around the clock, and the calendar automatically syncs with each staff member’s predefined availability. The booking flow includes policy agreements, deposit collection if enabled, and instant confirmation. The interface is simple enough that a client can complete a booking in about ten seconds, as demonstrated in the live preview on the homepage.
Automated SMS and Email Reminders
Twizzlo reduces no-shows by automatically sending confirmation and reminder messages via SMS and email. The Business Pro plan includes 50 free SMS messages per month, and additional messages cost $0.03 each on a pay-as-you-go basis. The free plan does not include SMS but still sends email reminders. Clients can see cancellation policies at the time of booking, which further discourages last-minute cancellations.
Client CRM with Lifetime History
Every client profile is automatically built from their booking history. The CRM records visit details, notes, allergies, preferences, color formulas, lifetime spend, and tips. The UI shows a searchable profile for each client, allowing staff to filter by any stored attribute. This information follows the client into every booking, so a hairstylist can quickly recall past formulas or a massage therapist can review intake notes before an appointment.
Payments, Deposits, and Tips
Twizzlo integrates Stripe Connect to accept online payments, collect deposits, process checkout, and handle tips. Businesses can protect high-value slots by requiring a prepaid deposit at the time of booking. Clients can also leave tips during the booking flow or after the service. All transactions are processed securely and deposited directly into the business’s Stripe account. The dashboard displays daily revenue, including tips and deposits, in real time.
Real-Time Insights and Staff Analytics
The dashboard opens with a snapshot of today’s revenue, bookings, customer satisfaction, and occupancy. Additional KPIs include staff utilization and next-hour view, allowing managers to make quick adjustments and spot bottlenecks. The insights are not gated behind a higher tier; every plan includes these analytics. This visibility helps owners make data-driven decisions about staffing, promotions, and pricing.
Getting started with Twizzlo is designed to be fast. The signup process asks for basic business details, location information, and staff members. Once the account is created, the user can configure services, durations, and pricing. The system generates a public booking link immediately, which can be embedded in a website or shared on social media.
After setting up the booking page, staff members are added with their individual availability and shifts. Twizzlo supports recurring appointments and drag-and-drop rescheduling on the calendar. The calendar offers monthly, weekly, and daily views, with per-staff filters and multi-location sorting. Blocking out time for holidays or meetings is a one-click operation.
When a client books an appointment, the system automatically creates a client profile and sends a confirmation email or SMS. Reminders are sent out according to the business’s preferences, reducing no-shows. The client’s payment or deposit is captured via Stripe, and the tip is recorded if provided. The staff member can access the client profile to review notes, allergies, and past treatments before the appointment.
The dashboard aggregates all activity into real-time metrics, including revenue, occupancy, staff utilization, and satisfaction scores. Users can drill down to see the next hour, today, or historical trends. The shift management tools allow managers to assign staff to different locations and monitor performance across the entire operation.
Twizzlo claims that the entire setup process, from signup to first booking, can be completed in under 15 minutes. The free plan is ready immediately without a credit card, making it easy for business owners to try the platform risk-free.
A Barbershop with Multiple Barbers and Locations
A barbershop owner with two branches and five barbers can use Twizzlo to manage unlimited staff and locations under a single subscription. Each barber sets their own hours, and clients book through location-specific links. The drag-and-drop calendar shows all appointments across both branches, and the dashboard compares revenue and occupancy for each location. The flat price means the owner does not pay extra for the second location or additional barbers.
A Hair Salon Needing Deposit Protection
Hair color appointments often require a deposit to prevent no-shows. Twizzlo allows the salon to require a prepaid deposit at the time of booking. The client pays through Stripe, and the deposit is applied to the final bill. The salon can also collect tips online, making the checkout process smoother. The client CRM keeps track of color formulas and allergies, so each stylist is prepared for the appointment.
A Day Spa with Multiple Service Types
The spa can configure different services, durations, and pricing, and each staff member can have their own availability. Massage therapists, estheticians, and nail technicians can all be managed in the same system. The real-time insights show which treatments generate the most revenue and which staff members are overbooked. Twizzlo’s unlimited staff model fits the spa’s rotating contractor and employee mix without extra costs.
A Pet Grooming Business with Recurring Clients
Pet grooming often involves recurring appointments every few weeks. Twizzlo supports recurring appointment creation, so the groomer can set up a series of sessions in one click. The client CRM records the pet’s behavioral notes and grooming preferences, ensuring consistency across visits. The business can send automated reminders reduce no-shows, which is critical in a high-demand service.
A Personal Trainer Offering Sessions and Packages
Trainers can use Twizzlo to schedule one-on-one sessions and recurring weekly blocks. The platform allows clients to book available slots based on the trainer’s schedule. The trainer can set cancellation policies and collect deposits for package deals. The dashboard tracks income from sessions and packages, helping the trainer manage the business side of coaching.
Twizzlo offers two plan levels. The Free plan costs $0 per month and includes unlimited staff, locations, customers, and real-time insights. It also includes payments and tips via Stripe, 24/7 support, and every future feature that ships. The only limitation is a cap of 150 bookings per month and no SMS functionality. The Business Pro plan costs $29.99 per month and removes the booking cap entirely. It also includes 50 free SMS messages per month, with additional messages billed at $0.03 each. Both plans are backed by a 30-day money-back guarantee.
Compared to competitors like Vagaro or Mindbody, which often charge per staff member or add on features like payroll or marketing, Twizzlo’s flat rate is straightforward and predictable. For a business with ten employees, the total cost on Twizzlo remains $29.99 per month, while some competitors could charge hundreds of dollars. The free plan is genuinely useful for startups that are just beginning to fill their calendars, although the 150-booking cap may require an upgrade quickly if the business grows.
The absence of per-seat fees is the platform’s biggest value driver. The inclusion of all features, including the dashboard analytics and client CRM, on every plan means there are no surprise upsells. The SMS cost is reasonable, and email reminders are free. Overall, Twizzlo offers a strong price-to-feature ratio for small service businesses that want to minimize operational costs.
Twizzlo is a well-positioned booking platform for small service businesses that are tired of paying per-seat fees. Its flat-rate pricing with unlimited staff and locations is a genuine differentiator in a market where most competitors charge by headcount. The software covers all the essential functions: online booking, client CRM, automated reminders, payment processing, and staff management. The free plan is a great entry point, and the Business Pro plan is affordable for established operations.
The platform’s user experience is clearly focused on day-to-day usability. The drag-and-drop calendar, the quick client profile access, and the real-time dashboard all contribute to a calm and efficient front desk. The included SMS and email reminders are critical for reducing no-shows, and the Stripe integration makes payments and tips easy.
However, there are some limitations to consider. The free plan’s 150-booking cap might be restrictive for a successful solo practitioner, and SMS messages are not included on the free tier. Twizzlo also appears to be a newer entrant compared to legacy systems like Mindbody, and it does not yet list a broad ecosystem of third-party integrations such as Zapier or native apps. Businesses that need extensive integrations with accounting software or payroll systems may find the current selection limited.
That said, for the majority of small independent businesses, Twizzlo offers a simplified, cost-effective alternative to the industry’s overladen pricing structures. The platform’s promise of no paid modules, no per-seat fees, and no forced upgrades is refreshing. Business owners who value transparency and predictability will appreciate Twizzlo’s honest approach. Those who need advanced native integrations or robust marketing automation might want to explore other options, but Twizzlo is definitely worth trying for its free plan alone.
For those interested in exploring the product further, the full feature list provides detailed information on every tool available. The pricing page outlines the exact plan comparison, and the side-by-side comparisons show how Twizzlo stacks up against Fresha, Booksy, Vagaro, and others.
